Suzanne Gaudet, PhD is a Director and Translational Modeling / Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) Lead in Pharmacokinetics Sciences at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. She co leads the Translational Modeling group, supporting model informed decision making across modalities and disease areas, focusing on oncology, global health, predictive safety, radioligand therapies, and targeted protein degraders.

Suzanne brings deep expertise in systems biology and mechanistic modeling to drug discovery and development. Prior to joining Novartis in 2019, she was a faculty member at Harvard Medical School and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where her federally funded research focused on understanding how inflammatory and immune signaling pathways regulate cell fate decisions using quantitative and single cell approaches.

Suzanne earned her PhD in Biochemistry from Harvard University and completed postdoctoral training at MIT. She is passionate about advancing the application of quantitative modeling to enable better translational insight, improve decision quality, and ultimately accelerate the development of impactful innovative medicines.
