Pablo Morentin Gutierrez, AstraZeneca

Pablo Morentin Gutierrez is a Director of Translational PK/PD at AstraZeneca, based in the UK. With over 25 years’ experience in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics, he has developed extensive expertise on the development and application of mechanistic PK/PD (Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics) modeling for a range of drug discovery and development projects. He has contributed to several scientific publications and patents, and his research includes integration of mathematical modelling into optimization of PKPD analysis and predictions, supporting dose selection and early clinical development of novel therapeutics.
