Kel L. Sheldon, PhD, RedHill Biopharma

Dr. Kel L. Sheldon is a distinguished scientist and medical affairs leader with extensive experience in biopharmaceutical industry, academia, and government research. Before joining RedHill Biopharma, Dr. Sheldon was responsible for designing and developing human monoclonal antibodies for immunophenotyping and immunotherapy. 

Currently serving as the Director of Medical Affairs at RedHill Biopharma, Dr. Sheldon has held various roles within the organization, focusing on innovative solutions for complex medical challenges, particularly in the area of gastrointestinal health. With a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Sheldon’s research has significantly advanced our understanding of Helicobacter pylori treatment. A passionate advocate for scientific advancement, Dr. Sheldon combines his extensive academic training and industry insight to drive impactful healthcare solutions.
