She currently serves as Associate Director of Statistical Programming Standards at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where she oversees global clinical data standardization across programs and vendors. Her expertise spans CDISC SDTM and ADaM implementation, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional governance.

Radhika has led standards initiatives at top organizations including Bristol Myers Squibb and Celgene, contributing to critical IND and NDA submissions across multiple therapeutic areas. She has presented at industry conferences including PharmaSUG. She holds advanced degrees in Predictive Analytics and Medical Biology, and is a certified SAS Base Programmer.
